HABITAT DESIGN

What to expect from first contact to completed design
1. Initial Contact
Initial contact by phone, email, website, or in person. I will explain my services and the expected outcomes of improvements to your hunting land. We will discuss your goals for the property.
2. Research Property
Using aerial imagery and other technology, I will learn about your property, including boundaries, physical features, crop history, and government programs.
3. Site Visit
I will personally visit your property. We will review your objectives to learn as much about the site as possible and diagnose the root issues you are experiencing.
4. Walk the Property
At this point, we will walk the property. I will carefully examine the habitat to determine the best design features for your land.
5. Design Your Unique Plan
I will design a 3-year plan tailored to your land and wildlife goals, using all the information gathered.
This includes consultation regarding:
- Stand locations
- Trails
- Mock scrapes
- Food plots
- Water holes
- Bedding areas
- Trail camera placement
- Deer movement analysis
6. Review and Clarify Your Plan
We will go over the plan and answer any questions you may have. Before leaving, I will make sure you have a clear understanding of the design and details. Once payment is complete, you will receive an electronic copy of the plan.
This is the initial phase of the three-year plan.
